A long way from NY

This tiny banana plant is bigger now. It is a long way from New York City but its fruit might find its way there from its home in Cagayan de Oro City where it is growing happily, without commercial fertilizers, without pesticides, without herbicides.

This is a post just all the other posts that I make. Why do I do thiis? Well, why not? Why does anyone do what one does? There are reasons which even the one making the post are not aware of. I do not know why I keep on doing this. Maybe it is just a force of habit and I have never questioned the why. Sometimes I feel inspired and I write about many things.

This has not been a very good day. There are many crossed-lines, many conflicting purposes that cause mental static and noise. This is just one of those days when nothing seems to be where we want them to be. It could be that one of the major celestial beings sneezed and displaced the atoms that make up stars and galaxies and asteroids and comets. It is just one of those things and my fingers do not move as nimbly as I would like them to. So I make no music and my soul is a little bit distressed. I should just rest a bit and allow this little cosmic disturbance to pass. This is what the wise man would have advised me if he were here to give me advice instead of being in a book that is now gathering dust where it was once lovingly handled and read from cover to cover, and each word read for nuances that were supposed to be there.
